I’m trying to do jogging nowadays. I think I need more exercise.. It’s hard at the start but now i am starting to feel the difference.. I actually adjusted to my daily routine putting jogging as part of it. Hopefully I could lose more weight he he he. I jog with my students they are the ones that wake me up in the morning. Mahirap kasi pag nag iisa parang boring. We play basketball afterwards.. Goal ko will be 20 pounds in 4 weeks he he he.
